We will work to narrow down exactly what you're looking for through your personalized online portal. Once we have found what might be "the one," next up is a showing (in person or virtual).

And if you are not local (as many of my clients are not), rest assured that I have a detailed method of helping you vet and feel comfortable with all aspects of a property from afar.
Once we have found your home, we will work together to craft a winning offer. I will advocate for you and work to get your terms accepted.

Once you’re under contract, you can lean on me to guide you through the transaction process, from earnest money deposit, to inspection, to appraisal and finally—loan approval and closing!
